Featured Electronic Artist - Jesse Rose

Jesse Rose, like Claude Von Stroke, virtually came out of nowhere and is a big part of the hot minimal/tech-house sounds coming from Berlin at the moment. In my opinion - right now - it is collectively the best production output of anywhere on the planet.
Booka Shade’s uber-label Get Physical spearheaded the charge, but artists like Jesse Rose are churning out quality beats that successfully straddle the line of most house sub-genres while defying easy categorization.
31 of his tracks are available for download on Beatport.

Here are two samples of Jesse Rose tracks that I feel showcase his range as a producer. The first is his remix of “Philly Soundworks” and is a nice, chill house tracks with enough twists and turns to keep it interesting throughout (a difficult task the deeper you get). The second is one of my favorites of the moment: chunky, slightly dirty remix of a track called “Your Girl Pukes All Over The Dancefloor.”
This man has talent.
And lastly, complete with the obligatory Who’s Afraid of Detroit? throwdown, here is Jesse Rose rocking the Pawnshop at this year’s WMC in Miami:
